Them Chicken Skewers that you buy a lot for in the shops. They can be made next to nothing at home.
What you will need:
- Chicken Breast (Diced Preferably)
- Italian Seasoning
- Bell Peppers
- One Cal Spray (Or Butter if you prefer)
- 5 Minutes of your time
- Cooker Preheated to 180
- Warm Pan
Simply place the Italian Seasoning on the Chicken by either using butter or one cal spray then sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the chicken.
Leave the chicken to set for around 2 hours in the fridge
Remember to warm your pan ready (for browning).
Take out the Chicken and cut the Bell Peppers with a chopping knife. Try and cut into squares as this makes it easier for putting on the Skewers.
Take your first piece of Chicken and place it on the skewer, next place the pepper on the Skewer and continue this pattern until desired amount.
Place in a pan and turn every 2 minutes on high heat to give the chicken a charred effect. Next place them on an oven plate and cook on 180 for around 15/20 minutes.
There are your skewers.
