Today i have decided to have a little bit of a day off. Not to much and certainly not often.
So with that said today i am having the dreaded bread! Yes that stuff! Buuut Today only. I am currently having a 1 day bread meal a week.
I have lost 5lbs this week alone and i am loving the loss.
