Yup! Gotta be done! So what’s the Dealio’ Daddy’o? Weight ! That is the fundamental issue with my body.
I just love food too much (Naughty food I may add). So now It’s kicked in. Finally I have to loose weight! I am looking to loose around 3 stone by august. Can it be done? Who knows? All I do know is I am going to give it a good damn Go!
I have said this numerous times but now I am starting to feel that I HAVE TO! I am getting older and as you know, getting older your metabolism slows right the way down. So comparing me losing weight 4 years ago to now is kinda like Usain Bolt vs a Sloth to the finish line.

You always hear about cholesterol blah blah blah, to be honest I don’t have time for that Shit! Just simply lower my calories to around 1600 a day, that way my body will loose weight. After all recent meals (Mine NOT BECCA’S) have exceeded 2000 per meal! Shocking I know but I love bad food.
Burgers, Kebab’s, Fried Chicken, Pizza You name it I absolutely love it!
I am a food addict and I just cannot get past eating the high calorie, high fat content and high salt foods. Well that is going to change. As I said above I am looking to stay within my Calories using MyFitnessPal to track what is happening.
I cannot exercise so I am purely relying on Calories to see how I get on loosing weight. So far to date I have lost a Stone (14lbs) and Yes I am quite happy, however as mentioned above I ned to loose a lot more.
